We are looking for a talented Junior Business Developer to help us scale the business! Great! What will I do? - You are responsible for customer acquisition, introducing prospective customers/clients with all solutions, understanding clients needs. - You research and qualify potential leads (in & outbound) coming from the commercial team or digital channels. - You identify new market & digital trends and follow closely all information related to our sector provided by the team. - You translate all market and sales information in an efficient format back to the team. - You are an ambassador on meet-ups, e-commerce events, seminars¿ Nice, am I a fit? Yes of course, if you¿ - Have experience in (inside) sales or business development. Preferably in the staffing, e-marketing or consultancy industry. - Have a keen interest in e-marketing/e-commerce and ¿all things digital¿. - Are a true people-person and team player. You¿re eager to help your team and your clients to achieve great things. - Are a results-driven entrepreneurial spirit. You are persistent in your pursuit of ¿more-and-better¿. - Are a persistent, go-getter and are willing to breathe from dawn till sunset. - Are fluent in Dutch and English--and ideally have a high level of French.
